Project and innovation management
Integrating the management of R&D and Innovation projects and activities with the firm’s other processes, incorporating industrial protection in product design and development processes and implementing methodologies for systemizing strategic surveillance
To meet these objectives, PRODINTEC performs the following activities:
- Getting your company to manage its innovation process in an orderly manner, relying on innovation management systems such as the UNE166000 series of standards and/or specific tools such as IDINET ® and eConsorcia (co-developed with Futuver and Intermark Tecnologías, respectively)
- Managing R&D and Innovation projects, including goal definition and tracking, budgeting and planning, coordination of multidisciplinary working groups, risk analysis, exploitation of results, etc., regardless of the scope of the project (feasibility studies, research, development and innovation projects), the activity sector and the mode of participation.
- Making state-of-the-art studies prior to the development of a new product to avoid developing and placing on the market elements that conflict with protected products.
- Providing support in the pre-stages of applying for an industrial property right, always from a position of confidentiality and neutrality.
- Systematising strategic surveillance processes following PRODINTEC´s proprietary methodology CENTINELA.
- Providing support in technological foresight activities, by means of the analysis of existing foresight studies and how they reflect on your firm´s Strategic Plan.
- Assisting companies in their participation in collaborative R&D and Innovation projects of national and/or international scope.
