The project was aimed to the development of a leak detection system in above ground and underground fuel tanks based on acoustic measurement for the companies Flórez Cosmen and Geslimes, certified according to standard UNE-53968 and capable of detecting leaks with a flow rate of just 100 ml/h.
Goals: to bring to light the hidden innovation carried out by the firm and to manage it both appropriately and systematically.
Main objectives were to define and plan R&D and Innovation activities to carry out, to provide advice on searching for external funding and on exploiting results, and to detect new opportunities in matters of innovation.
The purpose of the Components Technological Centre (CTC) was to implement a tool to manage its project portfolio, which would be conducive to team work, to the continuous monitoring of the budget and planned activities, and documentation control. Equally, this solution should enable them to work on the basis of workflows, as well as organise technological follow-up tasks.
