Main objectives were to define and plan R&D and Innovation activities to carry out, to provide advice on searching for external funding and on exploiting results, and to detect new opportunities in matters of innovation.

The aim of this project, carried out in cooperation with a Canadian company, was the development of components, setup and validation of the first worldwide demonstrator of a variable-speed corridor for the transport of people.

The purpose of the Components Technological Centre (CTC) was to implement a tool to manage its project portfolio, which would be conducive to team work, to the continuous monitoring of the budget and planned activities, and documentation control. Equally, this solution should enable them to work on the basis of workflows, as well as organise technological follow-up tasks.
